This week we decided to try and create our own song with a local artist. We felt this would allow us to have more creative control over our video concept and themes. We also felt it would give us an opportunity to showcase some of our team members skills in music production and help us connect with the music on a more personal level. While this is a concept we're excited to see come to fruition, we also recognise that it may not end up being feasible, so it's important to have a backup in place to assure we don't fall behind. While our module is a creative one, it's also important to implement project management skills as we will be working with a client and that involves risk assessment and preemptively managing any foreseeable issues we could run into. We're planning to meet tomorrow to lay the groundwork for our project and assess the feasibility of our current plan. A portion of our group will meet with our client and begin the creative process.
